New Year Celebration At Phoenix Ski Resort

Phoenix park is a mountain area resort in Gangwon do , Korea .Its open year round but very crowded during winter season. It has international level ski facilities and many varieties of slopes for skiing.

This new year we thought of celebrating at phoenix resort. We booked a log house pension and reached there on 31st of DEC.

We made full use of the huge rooms by playing lots of indoor games. Our coach is at the center watching fielding position closely.Jaggi bhai!! you are being watched.

There are lots of rental shops indoors at phoenix resort where you can rent your ski equipments.

Struggling with snow board at the beginners slope..

There are trainers available on hourly basis whom one can hire to learn basics of ski and snowboarding.

Its not easy but we really enjoyed the snowboarding at the beginners level slope .

we learnt and did skiing and snowboarding for three hours till 5 pm in the evening. In between we kept coming indoors to warm up ourselves

The icy slopes at the phoenix resort looked so beautiful at night.

After all that fun we went to center plaza nearby. There we ate some noodles and then played bowling for some time.

Time to go back home after all the fun for 3 days.

Happy new year .

On the way home all we could see was white blanket of snow all around on the roads, houses , mountains and trees.

Seeing so much of snow all around we could not resist ourselves and got down road side to play with some snow again.
