Birthday Celebration At Osan Park

The Place: Osan Park as the name suggest is located in Osan.Its a huge park with lot of trees and a big lake.There a nice MAZE out there. We saw one similar maze during our visit to Jejudo. Osan is about 10km from Suwon.The official website for the Osan Park is as below. The site is in Korean till date.Hopefully they will add English interface soon.

We went there on 16th April to celebrate my birthday . The park is beautifully made Its an arboretum. There are many varieties of plants bushes and trees all around. Since its April so the leaves are yet to come but the flowers are in full bloom.

It took around 30 min from our house in Suwon to reach the park.

We spent around three hours inside the garden . By then it was almost 6 pm .We went to a pork barbecue restaurant to have some yummy Korean food.

Many of our friend together decided to visit the famous Garden of Morning calm.We hired a 9 seater Van so that we can all be together and have fun in the vehicle.

There was quite a lot of traffic and we reached at around lunch time.After reaching there we had lunch together in the garden.

Usually The garden is dark green every where but since we reached there in mid April, leaves were still not to their full size and many flowers were yet to bloom.

There was a Indoor Orchid Garden with many varieties of orchids.

On the way back we stopped by a cottage beside a stream to have some fun and food.

We made Indian Traditional tea and Pakoda there and enjoyed the moments together with friends.It was kind of drizzling outside.
